Confluence is Atlassian’s wiki and documentation workspace used to store internal processes, product knowledge, and troubleshooting guides. Lorikeet’s Confluence integration lets your AI use the knowledge you already maintain in Confluence to answer questions more accurately and consistently.
What it is

How to integrate
Connect Confluence to Lorikeet by authorizing access to the Confluence workspace from the Lorikeet Integrations page. You control what Lorikeet can use by marking the Confluence content you want included—for example, by applying a dedicated label to approved pages or spaces—and by relying on Confluence permissions to keep restricted content out of scope. After the connection is enabled, you can sync content on demand or enable automatic syncing so Lorikeet stays up to date as your documentation changes. Your team completes the setup in Confluence and Lorikeet; Lorikeet provides guidance and helps validate everything end-to-end.
