What is Fin?
Fin is Intercom's native AI agent, built to deflect support tickets using your existing Intercom knowledge base and help centre content. It works best for teams already on Intercom who want to automate simple FAQ-style queries across chat. Fin charges $0.99 per "resolution" using Intercom's own definition of what counts as resolved, not yours.
