How to integrate

Connect Intercom to Lorikeet using an admin-approved authorization flow. After you share an Intercom admin email with Lorikeet (via Slack), we’ll send a time-limited authorization link for you to complete. Once authorized, you’ll configure Intercom to notify Lorikeet when conversation events occur by setting up a webhook in Intercom’s developer settings and pointing it to https://api.lorikeetcx.ai/webhooks/intercom. If your setup uses an Intercom app, you’ll share the app credentials with Lorikeet through your approved secure channel, and we’ll confirm the specific event subscriptions needed so Lorikeet can respond reliably across chat, email, and in-app messaging.
