How to integrate
In SendGrid, your admin creates an API key with only the permissions you intend Lorikeet to use. In Lorikeet, you add that key using bearer authentication, then connect one or more SendGrid Dynamic Templates. Finally, you configure an email-sending action that takes a recipient address, a template ID, and the specific personalization fields your template expects—so every email is consistent and automatically filled in with the right customer details. Your team completes the setup in SendGrid and Lorikeet; Lorikeet provides guidance and helps validate the end-to-end flow.
