Voice AI Lead Architect

An experienced Voice AI Lead Architect with strong expertise in Data Architecture is needed to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Voice AI and Agentic AI solutions for a major banking client. This role drives next-generation conversational banking experiences, combining Voice AI, enterprise data strategy, and AI-powered customer engagement on Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and delivery of Voice AI and Agentic AI solutions in a large-scale banking environment.
Design conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX, Google CES / CXAS, and Vertex AI (LLMs, RAG frameworks, agent orchestration).
Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions integrating structured and unstructured banking data, and design intelligent decisioning frameworks for voice agents.
Integrate Voice AI platforms with core banking systems and CRM, and establish governance covering data quality, lineage, compliance, and security (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in Voice AI / Conversational AI architecture and Enterprise Data Architecture.
Hands-on experience with the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI).
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, knowledge retrieval, and Agentic AI concepts.
Proven experience delivering IVR, Contact Centre, or Customer Experience transformation programmes within regulated banking environments.
