Open.cx is the AI-native customer support platform built for enterprises, automating over 80% of interactions across voice, email, and web. They are hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and ensure successful deployments. You will be the customer's primary partner from kickoff through go-live, guiding setup, configuring the platform, integrating tools, and training teams.
What You'll Do
Own every customer implementation from kickoff through go-live: setup, configuration, integrations, and adoption
Configure Open.cx to each customer's workflow, connecting tools like Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot
Run enablement sessions and ensure successful adoption across the customer organisation
Resolve complex implementation issues, including third-party integrations
Develop deep knowledge of the AI agents and prompt iteration to advise customers on optimal setup
Requirements
Previous experience leading customer implementations or technical projects in SaaS
Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and configuration tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot)
Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering, or willingness to learn fast
Excellent project management and English communication skills
Comfortable working remotely with customers across multiple global time zones
