This role acts as a key bridge between business operations and technology partners, ensuring AI solutions align with premium service standards and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap
Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of AI vendors and technology partners
Oversee implementation of AI-powered customer service tools (chatbots, intelligent email systems, personalization engines)
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience to identify AI opportunities and measure ROI
Manage AI pilots from concept through full deployment and upskill internal teams on AI tools
Monitor AI performance, data quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements
5+ years in AI product management, digital transformation, or technology consulting
Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude)
Proven track record delivering AI or digital transformation projects
Experience in high-end customer service or fast-paced operational environments
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk; MBA or advanced degree preferred
