They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, CRM strategy, automation, and AI. This is not a traditional campaign-focused role; they want someone who builds and optimizes growth systems that drive customer engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize customer lifecycle programs across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
Build sophisticated segmentation strategies using behavioral, engagement, and lifecycle data
Design personalized customer journeys that improve experience and business outcomes
Build, manage, and optimize CRM, email, and automation workflows
Develop and implement AI-powered marketing workflows that improve personalization and performance
Requirements
4+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing automation
Strong experience building lifecycle programs and customer engagement strategies
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, Iterable)
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation platforms in day-to-day execution
Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, or Claude
