Vodafone is building a trusted, compliant, and monetizable AI Agents ecosystem for SMEs and Corporate customers. The AI Product Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and in-life performance of agentic AI products, including voice agents delivered via Vodafone's marketplace and managed services, ensuring agents are safe, compliant, high-quality, and simple for SMEs to discover, buy, and scale.
What You'll Do
Own vision, strategy, roadmap, pricing, and partner frameworks for AI Agents and AI-powered SaaS
Manage first- and third-party AI agents, ensuring quality, safety, and publishing standards
Lead deployment, release, and lifecycle management of agents
Develop voice-enabled agent solutions (call, chat, omnichannel) and pre-built SME templates
Champion privacy-by-design, responsible AI, GDPR, and EU AI Act adherence
Build mechanisms to capture insights from Sales, Care, and Presales and drive adoption plays
Requirements
Proven product management experience, ideally with AI Agents and/or Agent Marketplaces
Deep understanding of AI Agent frameworks, AI governance, and compliance
Strong technical acumen in cloud, API integration, identity/security, and observability
Commercial mindset with pricing, packaging, and business case development
Nice to have: experience deploying agents on Gemini Enterprise, Copilot Studio, or ChatGPT Enterprise
