SIXT is one of the world's leading mobility service providers, operating in over 100 countries. They are looking for a German and English speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team working 100% remotely from Spain. You'll be the friendly voice customers count on, helping with everything from trip planning to post-rental queries. From day one you'll have access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, SIXT's own AI platform, to supercharge your work.

Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers before, during, and after booking

  • Handle inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and email

  • Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions

  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through solution-oriented service

  • Identify and escalate complex cases, collaborating with internal teams

Requirements

  • Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, fully from home
