They are looking for a German and English speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team working 100% remotely from Spain. You'll be the friendly voice customers count on, helping with everything from trip planning to post-rental queries. Your Role
Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers before, during, and after booking
Handle inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and email
Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions
Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through solution-oriented service
Identify and escalate complex cases, collaborating with internal teams
Requirements
Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
Solid knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, fully from home
