Own the complete customer journey, from product demonstrations and onboarding through long-term customer success and account growth.
What You'll Do
Product Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations for qualified prospects, tailoring demos to their business use cases.
Answer product questions and support the sales team on deal progression.
Onboarding & Implementation
Take ownership of customers after the sales process and plan smooth onboarding.
Configure the platform to customer requirements and coordinate with Product and Engineering on integrations.
Conduct implementation sessions and product training to ensure successful go-live and adoption.
Customer Success & Growth
Act as the primary point of contact, monitoring customer health, adoption, and engagement.
Conduct periodic business reviews and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support renewals, and gather customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Pre-Sales, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience conducting product demonstrations and managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and a customer-first, high-ownership mindset.
Good to have: B2B SaaS experience; familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk; understanding of APIs and integrations; experience with AI, automation, or customer support software; and a Bachelor's degree.
