Lead the charge on next-generation AI Insights solutions in this 0-to-1 role, operating with startup-minded velocity within a mid-sized enterprise, building a product from the ground up that leverages machine learning and AI to deliver actionable insights to contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Execution: Define and execute the 0-to-1 product strategy for Five9's AI-powered insights and analytics offerings.
Navigate Ambiguity: Handle real-world data complexities, manage ML model limitations in production, and make critical decisions with incomplete data.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner deeply with Engineering, Applied Science/ML, Design, and GTM functions.
Customer-Centric Iteration: Engage with customers and design partners to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine the roadmap.
Market Leadership: Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify new AI/ML analytics opportunities.
Ruthless Prioritization: Demonstrate a builder's instinct, knowing when to double down and when to kill features or pivot.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's in Data Science/Analytics a plus.
4+ years of SaaS Product Management experience across both high-growth startup and established enterprise environments.
Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS solutions in a formal Product Management capacity.
Essential background in the Contact Center or Customer Experience (CX) industry, with direct experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle for ML-driven solutions, including data collection and model training tradeoffs.
Practical experience managing LLMs and ML deployments, including latency, optimisation, and accuracy challenges.
