A forward-deployed Technical Account Manager role for Archiz Solutions / Voice of AI. Work closely with customers, understand their business requirements, convert them into clear workflows, coordinate with the internal technical team, and ensure successful implementation of AI automation, CRM, voicebot, chatbot, WhatsApp automation, and workflow automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts from requirement discussion to delivery and adoption.
Understand customer business processes and convert them into clear workflows.
Prepare MOMs, requirement documents, workflow notes, and task lists.
Coordinate with developers, AI, CRM, voicebot, and automation teams.
Track project progress, pending tasks, timelines, bugs, and client feedback.
Support demos, onboarding, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Identify gaps between customer expectations and delivered solutions, ensuring satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsell.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong client handling and follow-up.
Ability to understand business workflows and document them clearly.
Basic technical understanding of CRM, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, automation tools, chatbot, voicebot, or WhatsApp Business API.
Good documentation skills (MOM, scope notes, workflow documents, task tracking) and a strong ownership mindset.
Preferred: experience in SaaS, CRM, IT services, AI automation, chatbot, voicebot, or business automation; tools like n8n, WhatsApp Business API, helpdesk, or workflow automation platforms; understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration logic. 1-3 years in a related role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, or Business Analyst).
