Chief AI Growth Officer

The Chief AI Growth Officer (CAIGO) drives execution of company strategy through the application of artificial intelligence across product, marketing, customer acquisition, revenue, retention, operations, and automation. The role architects, builds, and leads AI-driven business acceleration across all functions, reporting to the CEO and partnering with executive leadership to build AI-native growth systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's AI-powered growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, marketplace liquidity, and operational efficiency.

• Apply AI to demand generation, personalisation, lead scoring, segmentation, dynamic pricing, and revenue forecasting.

• Oversee AI-enhanced growth channels including lifecycle marketing, conversational commerce, and AI agents for sales and support.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to launch AI-native experiences (recommendation systems, predictive analytics, AI copilots, conversational interfaces).

• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through AI automation across customer support, marketing operations, and workflows.

• Align Growth, Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations around AI initiatives and create governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, product, AI, marketplace, or digital transformation leadership roles.

• Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning systems, AI agents and automation, growth marketing, and marketplace dynamics.

• Demonstrated experience scaling high-growth technology businesses and leading growth functions.
