Stori is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build the next generation of customer-facing products powered by Large Language Models. You will develop, deploy, and optimize LLM-driven solutions spanning conversational AI, voice agents, and intelligent automation that enhance how customers interact with financial services, and help build a GenAI platform for all Stori product teams.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy conversational chat and voice agents using state-of-the-art LLMs.
Craft effective prompts, fine-tune LLMs, and optimize model performance and accuracy for FinTech use cases.
Integrate LLM-based solutions with Stori's existing infrastructure, APIs, and data sources.
Establish metrics and evals, implement monitoring, and continuously evaluate deployed AI systems.
Contribute to a GenAI platform enabling other product teams to leverage generative AI.
Requirements
1-2 years building and deploying conversational AI chat and/or voice agents, with prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, vector databases, RAG, MCP servers, and evals.
5 years on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) with infrastructure-as-code via CDK or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic (bonus: ElevenLabs, n8n).
Python mastery and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers); Golang desired.
Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, ML, or related field; fluency in Spanish and English.
