Lead digital growth, campaign execution, and marketing automation initiatives across the customer lifecycle for Airtel Business, driving organic and inorganic growth and maximising the impact of digital investments.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Digital Growth
Conceptualise and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing planning, audience selection, budget, and reporting.
Track and optimise campaign performance across the funnel, from impressions and clicks to leads, SQLs, and order booking.
Manage email marketing programs, nurture journeys, and optimise landing pages and conversion paths.
Strengthen organic visibility across search and AI-driven discovery platforms via SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
MarTech Management
Manage the marketing technology stack and evaluate new tools and automation capabilities.
Drive omnichannel audience segmentation and improve reporting and attribution with sales, technology, and marketing teams.
Automation & Marketing Enablement
Drive CRM and marketing automation initiatives across lead management and customer engagement journeys.
Build intent-led, integrated marketing workflows that improve lead quality and conversion.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and evaluate new automation use cases.
Candidate Profile
MBA with 4+ years post-MBA experience in Performance, Digital, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
Prior experience in Telecom, SaaS, Technology, Digital Platforms, or B2B organisations preferred.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
