Part of the Global Brand organisation, this Assistant Manager role helps establish and execute CRM and marketing technology communications operations and roadmap globally, working cross-functionally to nurture, convert, and retain customers.
What You'll Do
Drive CRM communication operations, working across design, analytics, product, research, and engineering to define technology, messaging, strategy, and data models.
Own the omnichannel strategy and delivery of communication plans across Email, SMS, App, WhatsApp, and Web Push for promotional and transactional lifecycle communication.
Interface with regional and country SPOCs to define customer lifecycle communication suited to each geography.
Drive CRM campaigns on time and in full via the CRM agency, using marketing automation, CDP, and supporting tools.
Drive personalisation and sharper segmentation to increase engagement on CRM mediums, website, and conversions.
Lead the creation of customer segments, targeting, and reporting for the lifecycle program.
Analyse metrics on utilisation of key marketing technology platforms for global campaigns.
Work with the creative strategy team and agency partners to create CRM comms assets and ensure KPIs are met.
What You'll Bring
3-5+ years working in an agency or brand on customer-facing projects and communications.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, integrations, and reporting.
Experience delivering CRM assets across platforms alongside creative support teams.
Working knowledge of CDP, personalisation, and predictive models for CRM operations.
Bachelor's degree in CRM, Marketing, or Communications.
