AI Product Owner

Diabolocom is a cloud-based contact center solution that leverages proprietary AI technologies to optimize customer interactions across all channels. Its AI services, designed for customer relations, elevate data quality and automate tasks. As an AI Product Owner, you will join the AI team and work alongside the Head of AI Products, three other product managers, and the AI Tech team.

Your missions

  • Translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product priorities.

  • Participate in defining the product strategy and roadmap to deliver value iteratively.

  • Write highly customer-focused specifications and user stories.

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the backlog for AI product items and the scope of sprints and releases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, support, engineering, and AI, owning the entire product lifecycle.

Skills

  • Engineering or business school degree with a tech background and 3+ years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience.

  • An understanding of AI technologies and the drive to use them to bring ROI to customers.

  • A strong sense of user experience and ergonomics, plus experience with lean/agile methodologies.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
