Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager - Loyalty and Partner Platforms (B2B)

qiibee is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding and lifecycle management of B2B customers within the qiibee ecosystem (partnered with Miles & More, Etihad Guest, and more). You will combine customer empathy with AI-powered workflows to guide customers from technical setup to live launch, campaign optimization, and ongoing success management.
Tasks
Manage end-to-end onboarding of new customers, from setup to go-live.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for all active customers and support visibility and performance optimization.
Maintain a best-in-class CRM in HubSpot, using AI to auto-log interactions, enrich contact data, and keep pipelines clean.
Accelerate issue resolution with AI, categorizing tickets, drafting responses, and surfacing knowledge-base articles.
Conduct regular customer reviews, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding, ideally in loyalty, hospitality, or travel.
Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for writing, research, data analysis, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems and understanding of digital integrations.
