AI Automation & Growth Systems Manager

An expanding food and consumer goods startup is scaling digital commerce through automation, AI-powered operations, and modern systems. They are looking for a highly technical and creatively driven Senior Marketing & AI Automation Assistant to support growth across AI automation, e-commerce operations, marketing systems, and digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate is an AI-first operator who can design systems, automate repetitive processes, and help the startup scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize AI-driven automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar platforms

• Connect applications using APIs, webhooks, and integrations to streamline operations

• Manage and optimize Shopify stores and e-commerce workflows, including AI-assisted builds with Claude Code

• Create UGC-style marketing assets using AI image, video, and voice generation tools

• Pull, analyze, and report marketing metrics; maintain CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

Requirements

• Proven experience building automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication keys, and integrations

• Advanced AI literacy (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude & Claude Code, Gemini) with strong prompt engineering skills

• Experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce operations

• Ability to analyze marketing data and work independently in a fast-moving startup
