Conversational AI Designer

TTEC Digital is seeking a Conversational AI Designer passionate about solving customer problems and creating effective experiences. You will define, design, and refine service and support experiences across voice and digital channels, leveraging AI and Gen AI technology and design methodology to create impactful, user-centred solutions.
Responsibilities
Define, design, and optimise conversational AI experiences for voice and digital customer service channels
Leverage AI and Gen AI technology to create natural, effective conversational flows
Apply design methodology to translate customer needs into engaging conversational experiences
Partner with engineering and product teams to bring AI-powered CX designs to life
Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on performance data
Requirements
Experience designing conversational AI for customer support or service environments
Strong understanding of voice and digital channel design principles
Familiarity with Gen AI tools and conversational AI platforms
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional delivery environments
