As a Conversational AI Bot Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet the various needs of our clients. You will serve as a lead to the Google delivery practice and work as part of a team implementing solutions and delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Voice and Digital AI Self-Service solution architecture for large, multi-location contact centers
Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
Serve as lead architect for Google CCAI delivery practice projects
Collaborate with project team members on conversation design specifications
Integrate with backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting
What You'll Bring
10+ years of application development experience
5+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow ES/CX
3+ years of technical hands-on experience with Google Cloud CCAI or other AI platforms (Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, Uniphore, IBM Watson)
Google Certification and/or Badge completion required
Knowledge of Cloud Services Architecture, Apigee, Vertex AI
Experience in supporting large multi-site contact center implementations
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL and Python
