The Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer delivers technical support while designing, implementing and optimizing AI-powered solutions that improve system performance, operational efficiency and user experience. The role combines technical troubleshooting with AI technologies to ensure reliable applications, seamless integrations and continuous innovation across business systems.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications, cloud environments, APIs, databases, operating systems and system integrations.
Perform root cause analysis, monitor system health and implement corrective actions to maintain high service availability.
Support development and deployment of AI-enabled applications: data preparation, AI model integration, prompt optimization, workflow automation and API implementation.
Evaluate AI model performance, validate outputs and recommend improvements to accuracy, scalability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
Monitor emerging technologies in AI, cloud computing, automation and MLOps to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of technical support, system administration, software troubleshooting, incident management and application support.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including model integration, prompt engineering, workflow automation and AI application deployment.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, AI APIs and MLOps practices is advantageous.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages, API development and integration, cloud platforms and databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication.
