About the Role
The Technical Implementation Manager leads customer onboarding, implementation and deployment projects. This customer-facing role sits at the intersection of technology, project management and customer success. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, configure solutions, manage integrations, troubleshoot issues and ensure successful go-lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through launch.
Gather business and technical requirements and configure Callers.ai solutions.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales teams.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and support onboarding, testing, training and go-live.
Technical Areas
APIs & Webhooks, SIP & Telephony Integrations, CRM Integrations, AI Workflows & Automations, Call Routing & Transfer Logic, Contact Center Operations.
Qualifications
3+ years in Technical Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Project Management or Customer Success Engineering.
Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations and software systems.
Fluent English; experience with AI or conversational AI platforms is a plus.
