We're looking for a marketing automation leader who is excited by what's next: someone who sees beyond traditional CRM programmes and wants to build intelligent, adaptive customer experiences powered by data, automation, and AI.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain campaigns. You'll have the freedom to build new capabilities, test emerging technologies, and influence how AI is applied across marketing and customer experience. Reporting into the Head of Audience Development and working across Product, Editorial, Commercial, and Audience Development teams, you'll design and deliver customer journeys that drive registrations, engagement, loyalty, and subscription growth. One day you might be optimising lifecycle programmes in Braze; the next, connecting behavioural signals, data platforms, and AI tools to create smarter, more adaptive experiences at scale.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience designing and delivering customer lifecycle programmes.
Expertise in customer segmentation, personalisation, and journey orchestration.
Experience with platforms such as Braze, Piano, or similar marketing technologies.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning insights into action.
Experience running experiments, testing ideas, and optimising performance.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Bonus points for exploring n8n, Make, Zapier, AI agents, or API-driven workflows.
