ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. Launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model, they now serve millions of users and thousands of businesses, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. The team has expanded from voice into three platforms: ElevenAgents for customer experiences, ElevenCreative for creators, and ElevenAPI for developers.
This is a contracting role that is fully remote.
About the Role

Rapid Response: Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets, ensuring a seamless user experience and customer empathy.
Creative Problem-Solving: Apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide straightforward, user-friendly solutions.
Documentation: Proactively contribute to help center articles and serve as the liaison between customers and the company.
Building a Safe Space: Ensure user-generated content complies with guidelines and contribute to the review and moderation of the voice library.
What You Bring
2-3 years experience in a technical customer support department in SaaS or at a high-growth technology company.
Experience working in a start-up with international teams in a remote setting.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to APIs or browser errors.
A detail-oriented, autonomous, and execution-focused mindset, with a general interest in AI and technology.
