GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in compute fundamentals, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and generative AI, and can drive advanced AI/ML initiatives and deployments.
Job responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI/ML solutions, particularly leveraging cloud services.
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
Work with stakeholders to architect AI solutions using cloud-native technologies.
Evaluate and implement frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and Ray, optimising workloads for TPUs and GPUs.
Use cloud AI products such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini, and stay current on emerging GenAI trends.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, cloud technologies, or related roles.
Hands-on cloud experience, including AI/ML services; AWS and Azure exposure a plus.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers).
Hands-on with deep learning frameworks and AI accelerators (TPUs, GPUs).
Strong compute fundamentals: virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), OS, and system administration.
Willing to work from office in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 week offs).
