Own omnichannel CRM at IC Markets, the lifecycle engine that turns signups into funded traders and funded traders into long-term clients. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the platform you will run, scale, and optimise, alongside the CDP layer that powers audience intelligence, behavioural segmentation, and cross-channel activation across email, mobile push, in-app, SMS, and paid retargeting. You will lead a team of SFMC specialists across multiple regulated jurisdictions (CySEC, ASIC, FSC, FSA, SCA, FCA, CIMA).
What You'll Own
Team leadership: Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of SFMC specialists, prioritising workload across BAU and project delivery.
Omnichannel lifecycle strategy: Own the full client journey (registration, KYC, first deposit, first trade, engagement, dormancy, win-back) coordinated across channels with Journey Builder.
CDP ownership: Operate and develop the CDP layer (Amplitude, Segment, mParticle, or equivalent), building behavioural cohorts, predictive segments, and real-time audience profiles.
Segmentation & personalisation: Drive dynamic content by jurisdiction, language, platform preference, trading behaviour, and account stage via AMPscript and SSJS.
SFMC platform ownership: End-to-end administration of Marketing Cloud, including Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Einstein, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
Data & single client view: Maintain clean SFMC to Salesforce CRM sync, well-modelled data extensions, and a unified client record.
Regulatory rigour & performance: Run distinct compliance-checked content workflows per entity, own deliverability and conversion metrics, and run continuous A/B and multivariate testing.
Emerging technology: Evaluate and implement complementary technologies such as conversational AI, web personalisation, predictive scoring, and next-best-action engines.
What You Bring
3+ years running omnichannel CRM programmes on Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a regulated, high-volume environment.
Hands-on experience with CDP platforms (Amplitude, Segment, mParticle, or equivalent) building segments, configuring triggers, and activating audiences.
Experience managing or leading a team, with a track record of developing people and driving performance.
Background in financial services (Forex, CFDs, brokerage, or fintech preferred; iGaming or trading-adjacent retention also considered).
Advanced SFMC fluency across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL skills; Marketing Cloud Connect integration; Einstein engagement scoring; A/B and multivariate testing and deliverability hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist minimum; Consultant or Developer strongly preferred).
