The Responsible AI team within the Chief Data and Analytics Office solves complex customer, product, and channel problems with innovative Responsible AI solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will design the development tools and resources that help AI developers build, deploy, and maintain AI solutions safely and at speed.
What you'll do
Lead with thought leadership in Generative AI model development, covering building, evaluating, and fine-tuning foundational models.
Define and implement frameworks, governance, and tooling for AI model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
Collaborate with AI research teams, model risk policy and governance teams, and AI hub stakeholders to refine responsible AI roadmaps.
Work with data scientists and AI engineers to automate controls that enable rapid, safe AI development and deployment at scale.
Represent the company's AI research in publications, conferences, and internal events.
Tech skills
Expertise and deep understanding of generative AI models, machine learning, and ethical AI principles.
Proven experience in AI model development with solid coding skills in Python.
Strong experience designing and implementing AI evaluation, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and engage with cross-functional teams influencing AI strategies and best practices.
Track record of publishing AI research and presenting findings at industry events.
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field encouraged.
