Senior Manager- Consumer Insights & User Research

Swiggy is a leading food delivery platform in India. We are hiring a Senior Manager - Consumer Insights & User Research to decode the customer pulse and influence decisions that delight consumers. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore (three days in office per week).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research independently or with agency partners, and disseminate findings across the org.

  • Support product, business, growth, marketing, and CX charters, representing the voice of consumers.

  • Help launch new services, features, and products in partnership with Product and Business teams.

  • Lead and execute studies such as Brand Track, NPS, and customer pulse surveys, and run in-depth immersions first-hand.

  • Leverage the latest AI tools and techniques, applying relevant AI practices to daily work.

Desired Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer insights / user research.

  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research practices, with a heavy quantitative focus and experience leading large-scale quant projects.

  • Comfort driving projects from the ground up - developing questionnaires/guides, conducting interviews, and building analysis plans independently.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills in an entrepreneurial environment; exposure to the online/tech industry is an added advantage.
