Position Overview

The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer data, coordinating sales processes and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role plays a critical part in improving sales efficiency and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist with preparing quotations, proposals and contracts; process orders, track shipments and ensure timely delivery; maintain CRM records and coordinate with finance, logistics and marketing.

  • Data & Reporting: Generate sales reports, dashboards and performance metrics; analyze sales data to identify trends; maintain product pricing and sales databases.

  • Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and order status, handle and escalate issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and support implementation of new tools and technologies.

  • AI & Technology (Preferred): Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools, familiarity with AI-capable CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce Einstein) and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred).

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales administration or support roles, with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Preferred: knowledge of AI-driven sales tools, data analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel) and digital transformation initiatives.
