What You'll Actually Do

  • Own the instant support experience: Live chat, email and Slack integration with fast response times and real solutions.

  • Handle technical implementations alongside Customer Success teams, setting up client accounts, configuring platform settings and ensuring smooth launches.

  • Deep troubleshooting across the platform stack: Use Intercom, internal tools and screen recordings to solve complex technical issues.

  • Build scalable support processes: Document solutions, create workflows and turn client interactions into repeatable systems.

  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering, letting client feedback shape feature priorities.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years B2B SaaS experience in support, implementation or customer success roles. Startup experience preferred.

  • Communication that builds confidence, with clear explanations and proactive updates.

  • Technical problem solver who can navigate complex software issues independently and learn new systems quickly.

  • Social media and community platform knowledge, including content moderation and brand safety.

  • Process improvement mindset, independence, accountability and strong people skills with high EQ.
