This Role
We are looking for a Telesales Manager to lead the evolution of our sales channel into a scalable, AI-driven model. You'll define the channel strategy, optimize the customer journey, and drive growth through tools such as voice bots, automation and API integrations. You'll own both the telesales channel and the AI solutions that power it, leading implementation and continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Brand and Operations teams across a global scope (Mexico and Brazil). This is an individual contributor role. Advanced English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the telesales AI agent development process: identify new use cases, build and deploy agents, and iterate to improve conversion and retention.
Lead the evaluation, integration and deployment of new vendors and tools to enhance telesales capabilities.
Define and enforce best practices across the telesales channel, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Product Marketing teams to surface insights from customer conversations and translate them into product improvements.
Partner with the Analytics team to establish measurement frameworks, track KPIs and report on performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) with demonstrated marketing experience.
Strong understanding of AI tools and the technical aspects of their deployment and integration.
Experience managing external vendors and a proven track record of building AI-driven solutions with measurable results.
Advanced SQL, experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, and fluency in English.
