Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Quality & Customer Satisfaction Insight Analyst to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
You will join a Quality Insights team in a role that combines hands-on analytical delivery with a mission to evolve how AI is used in insight generation. You will contribute both to daily decision-making and to shaping the future of quality insight analytics.
Deliver insights for the business
Analyse and synthesize data from surveys, benchmarks, and multiple data sources
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations
Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Support KPI tracking and customer satisfaction targets
Enable decision-making through structured and ad-hoc analysis
Build AI-enabled ways of working
Identify opportunities where AI can improve analysis, speed, and insight quality
Introduce and apply AI tools and methods (e.g. text analytics, automation, advanced analytics)
Contribute to defining a practical AI strategy for insight analytics
Drive implementation of new tools, methods, and ways of working
Coach and support teams in adopting AI within daily workflows
Experience and background
Experience in data analysis, insights, or analytics roles
Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization
Proven experience applying AI tools within analytics or insight generation
Experience working with multiple and complex data sources
Ability to identify and implement more efficient, scalable ways of working with data
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Proactive, structured, and able to drive initiatives from idea to implementation
Meritorious experience
Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms
Coding skills (e.g. Python, SQL)
Understanding of survey methodologies and customer feedback analysis
Experience with CX metrics, KPI frameworks, or benchmarking
Background in market research, segmentation, or behavioural analysis
