Responsibilities
Develop detailed, structured test plans and test cases to ensure product reliability.
Identify, document, and track defects systematically, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain a results-driven approach with clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Conduct final evaluations of AI/chatbot performance to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment.
Continuously improve testing methodologies for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-3 years of QA experience in an agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and task management.
Language proficiency: fluent in Bahasa and English; Mandarin is a plus.
