AI Tester / AI QA Analyst

MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and XaaS cloud technology solutions across many industries.
They're seeking an AI Tester / AI QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered products, machine learning models, and Generative AI applications, validating functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring systems meet business, user, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute AI testing strategies and test cases, validating model outputs against expected outcomes.
Assess system reliability, consistency, and performance, and identify defects and anomalies.
Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing and verify compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Analyze testing results, develop reports and recommendations, and support root cause analysis.
Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Evaluate new AI testing methodologies and tools and contribute to best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of software testing, QA, or technology-related experience.
Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases and documenting defects.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or Generative AI concepts and Agile environments.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.
Nice to have: testing AI/ML solutions, chatbot and conversational AI evaluation, QA automation tools, and prompt engineering concepts.
