Partner Hub Manager (m/f/d) Marketplace

As a Partner Hub Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the Seller Central / Partner Hub as a scalable self-service platform for marketplace partners. Working at the intersection of Business, Product and Tech, you will translate operational requirements into structured user flows and platform improvements that create a seamless partner experience, reducing onboarding times and increasing self-service adoption.
About your tasks
Own the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub and continuously improve the self-service experience
Collect, structure and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success and direct partner feedback
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, problem statements and user flows in collaboration with Product and Tech
Define and monitor KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, seller NPS and ticket reduction
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual onboarding efforts
About you
At least 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform or Marketplace environment
Hands-on experience with self-service platforms or partner-facing tools and digital user journeys
A structured and analytical mindset with a solid understanding of technical systems and platform logic
Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across Business and Tech functions within international teams
