Head of Technical Onboarding, Marketplace (m/f/d)

Join Europe's No.1 e-pharmacy at an exciting stage of growth, where you will shape how marketplace partners are technically onboarded across multiple international markets and product categories. You will play a key role in scaling the seller onboarding experience while driving automation, operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on stakeholder management, working closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales and Customer Success.
About your tasks
Lead, mentor and develop a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team of 8 people, providing coaching and building scalable team structures
Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with a focus on scalability, automation, quality and operational excellence
Use KPIs, business reviews and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives
Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) and prioritize initiatives that create the strongest business value
Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales and Customer Success to improve processes end-to-end
About you
Several years of team leadership experience within a marketplace / platform business
Strong understanding of technical integrations, operational scaling and data-driven decision-making
Enjoy working in international and cross-functional environments, connecting teams and driving alignment
Fluent English; German is a plus but not essential
