Job Responsibilities
As a MarTech & Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will drive commercial growth by leveraging AI, marketing technology, automation, and data analytics to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency. You'll identify opportunities where AI can automate manual processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes, working with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
AI commercial transformation: identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve revenue, marketing efficiency, customer experience, and productivity
Revenue & growth analytics: analyze customer, marketing, and ecommerce data to identify growth opportunities, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Experimentation & optimization: design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and marketing performance
Marketing technology: evaluate, implement, and optimize MarTech platforms for campaign execution, personalization, automation, and lifecycle management
AI automation: identify repetitive business processes suitable for AI and automation to reduce manual effort while increasing speed, accuracy, and scalability
Predictive analytics: develop forecasting models for demand, customer behavior, campaign performance, and revenue planning
Reporting & business insights: develop executive dashboards and performance reporting using AI-assisted analytics
Data governance: establish and maintain standards for accuracy, consistency, security, and integrity of commercial and marketing data
Technology evaluation: stay informed on emerging AI, MarTech, and analytics capabilities and recommend high-value solutions
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, CX, IT, Product, Finance, and Engineering to align AI initiatives with business objectives
Training & adoption: drive adoption of AI and MarTech by training business users and promoting best practices
Pre-Requisites
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, MarTech, AI, commercial analytics, or digital transformation
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and personalization technologies
Familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs, predictive analytics, AI agents, workflow automation, and machine learning applications
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into technology-driven solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
