As a Legal Engineer - AI (DACH) at BRYTER, you will operate at the intersection of law, technology, and customer enablement, with a strong focus on making complex AI-driven functionality understandable, usable, and valuable for self-serve customers. You will drive sustainable adoption by combining hands-on customer support with scalable enablement and data-driven insights, supporting legal professionals in achieving measurable efficiency gains through AI.
The Role
Become an expert of the AI Workflow platform and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Provide first-line technical support to self-serve customers, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
Develop and maintain Help Center content, documentation, and scalable support formats for BEAMON AI
Track product usage and define adoption and ROI metrics to assess customer success
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate urgent issues to Engineering teams
Requirements
Highly fluent (or native) German speaker and highly fluent English speaker
3+ years in a technical support or customer success role
Previous work in SaaS or AI
Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to engineering and non-technical stakeholders
Experience creating customer-facing documentation or video tutorials; proficiency with Intercom or Zendesk
