At Dyson, our Customer team shapes extraordinary experiences for owners worldwide. As a Senior Product Leader, you will champion Dyson's AI and automation ambitions. You'll drive initiatives to digitise customer journeys, unlock seamless self-service touchpoints, and leverage emerging tech to optimise both Operational (OX) and User Experience (UX). You are the catalyst transforming Customer Service into a digitally empowered, customer-centric powerhouse.
Main Responsibilities
Own the backlog for your product pillar, including incoming demand and quality of output.
Own the strategic vision for a product pillar looking out 12-18 months at new trends and technology.
Line manage, support, and mentor Product Owners.
Take on complex features or projects, including market roll-outs and cross-channel initiatives.
Be the expert on the product and the customer experience associated with the capability.
Drive continuous improvements with other Dyson teams and suppliers.
About You
5+ years in technology-driven roles, with at least 3 years in AI/automation leadership.
Proven experience digitizing customer journeys and deploying self-service solutions.
An understanding of conversational AI, NLP, RPA, predictive analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems, omnichannel platforms, and API integration.
