We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented Junior Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
What you will do
Support customers across email, chat, phone, and other channels, investigating issues and taking ownership of cases from start to resolution.
Work closely with teammates and Team Leads to deliver exceptional service and maintain accurate documentation.
Help identify recurring issues, contribute ideas to improve workflows, and learn how AI-powered support operations work in practice.
What you bring
1+ year of experience in customer support or service in a contact center environment.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools.
A tech-savvy mindset and genuine curiosity for AI and emerging technologies.
