Growth Product Manager (Sleek Business Account and Payroll)
Full-time
Through proprietary software and AI, along with a focus on customer delight, Sleek makes the back-office easy for micro SMEs, giving entrepreneurs time back to focus on growing their business.
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK, with around 600 staff and an intact startup mindset.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the growth trajectory of our two core emerging products: the Sleek Business Account (SBA) — a licensed digital business account in Singapore — and our new proprietary in-house Payroll solution. This is a senior-level, highly autonomous, hands-on builder role: you will own product strategy, project management, and go-to-market execution from top to bottom, without a dedicated marketing department.
Mission of the Role
To aggressively scale revenue for the SBA and Payroll products by driving rapid customer adoption, expanding AUM for SBA, and increasing the volume of active employees utilizing the Payroll system.
Key Outcomes (First 6-12 Months)
Accelerate customer adoption rates for both SBA and Payroll
Significantly expand the AUM of the SBA and grow the total number of employees onboarded to the Payroll software
Directly increase Annual Recurring Revenue through strategic product monetization, such as value-added foreign exchange transactions
Successfully navigate ambiguity to deliver product commitments on time, partnering with key stakeholders and a dedicated engineering squad
Must-Have Experience
5 to 10 years in Product Manager roles, with a proven track record of hands-on product management within a Neobank, Digital Bank, or high-growth Fintech environment
0-to-1 product delivery: demonstrated success taking tech products from ideation to launch and scaling them as an individual contributor
Commercial & growth competency: experience driving user adoption, managing legacy data migrations, and optimizing metrics like AUM and FX/transaction revenues
AI & tech literacy: fluent with AI applications and familiar with AI evaluations to drive automated feature development alongside engineering
Analytical problem solving: exceptional skill working backwards from aggressive growth targets using structured, data-driven frameworks
Must-Have Attributes
Extreme ownership and high agency: a self-starter who operates autonomously and takes absolute accountability for outcomes
Commercial mindset and customer empathy: deeply understands user pain points while thinking strategically about monetization and growth
The builder mentality: combines high-level product vision with grounded, hands-on execution
Cross-functional execution: able to handle both product strategy and hands-on go-to-market without dedicated marketing support
Collaborative diplomat: a low-ego communicator who bridges engineering and commercial teams and aligns leadership
