Forward Deployed Engineer

YOOBIC is an AI-powered frontline employee experience platform used by 350+ companies including Carrefour, Boots, Lidl, and Dior. We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Product team in Paris in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role focused on helping strategic customers design, validate, and launch high-impact use cases.
You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, Implementation, and Pre-Sales, bridging customer needs and technical execution by configuring YOOBIC, connecting systems and data, prototyping automations, and applying AI where it creates measurable value. This is not a traditional software engineering role, but you should be comfortable with APIs, data, scripts, automation tools, and prototypes.
What You'll Do
Work directly with strategic customers to understand their workflows, pain points, data landscape, and business goals, including in-person workshops.
Design and deliver end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform, including communications, task management, learning, forms, audits, reporting, and integrations.
Build the "last mile" to make use cases successful: automation flows, API-based workflows, scripts, lightweight prototypes, dashboards, and technical documentation.
Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, prompts, structured outputs, retrieval, tool chaining, agents, or automation tools.
Support integrations with customer systems such as HRIS, LMS, CRM, ticketing, BI tools, and data warehouses using APIs, webhooks, authentication, and JSON.
Test and iterate with real users, move workflows from prototype to production, and feed learnings back into Product and Engineering.
What You Have
5+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role.
Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, databases, scripts, and modern SaaS workflows.
Experience building or configuring prototypes and AI-enabled solutions.
