Zotok.ai is transforming the order-to-cash cycle by simplifying supply chain operations over WhatsApp with an AI-driven platform. We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Customer Success Trainee to support our post-sales process, ensuring smooth implementation and delivering effective training to clients' ground-level staff. You'll act as a bridge between the product and real-world users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Understand clients' business requirements to guide product usage, customization, configuration, and integration.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and train field executives and ground-level staff to use ZoTok.ai effectively.

  • Monitor initial product usage, offer ongoing support, and ensure successful adoption through to first invoice generation.

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to report user feedback, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Field Support (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

  • Excellent communication in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi), with willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
