Zotok.ai is transforming the order-to-cash cycle by simplifying supply chain operations over WhatsApp with an AI-driven platform. We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Customer Success Trainee to support our post-sales process, ensuring smooth implementation and delivering effective training to clients' ground-level staff. You'll act as a bridge between the product and real-world users.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand clients' business requirements to guide product usage, customization, configuration, and integration.
Conduct product demonstrations and train field executives and ground-level staff to use ZoTok.ai effectively.
Monitor initial product usage, offer ongoing support, and ensure successful adoption through to first invoice generation.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to report user feedback, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Field Support (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi), with willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
