About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist for Data Products to enhance the user experience of our AI-driven data products within the BEES apps ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — data scientists, product managers and customer support — to ensure our AI models meet and exceed user expectations.
What You'll Do
User Experience Enhancement: Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the interaction with AI models.
Customer Support Collaboration: Work alongside customer support teams to address user issues related to data products.
Feedback Loop Management: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with users to continuously refine AI model performance.
Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to help users effectively utilize data products.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI models in real-time, ensuring quality standards and user needs are met.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric improvements and stakeholder alignment.
What You'll Need
Good knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts, including metrics, data models and visualization best practices.
Good knowledge of Customer Experience concepts, including metrics, processes and best practices.
Strong analytical profile with experience or familiarity with Databricks, data analytics environments, and SQL or Python.
Ability to partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
