CRM Specialist - Brazil

BetWarrior is seeking a CRM Specialist – Brazil to join its Marketing team in São Paulo. This hybrid role focuses on scaling lifecycle CRM strategies across the newly regulated Brazilian market, using automation, segmentation, experimentation and customer insights to improve player engagement, retention and long-term value. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Data and Marketing teams to optimize lifecycle journeys and deliver personalized player experiences.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize CRM initiatives across lifecycle stages including Registration, Early Life, Retention and Reactivation.
Design, build and manage automated lifecycle journeys end-to-end.
Translate business objectives into lifecycle CRM strategies combining campaigns and automation.
Develop segmentation frameworks using behavioral, transactional and lifecycle data.
Implement and optimize trigger-based communications including real-time, event-based and behavioral messaging.
Run structured experimentation including A/B testing, holdouts and incrementality testing.
Collaborate with Data, Product and Marketing teams to improve targeting, timing and personalization.
Qualifications & Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Marketing Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with platforms including Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or Iterable.
Proven experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle journeys.
Strong analytical skills including funnel analysis, cohort analysis and KPI tracking.
Native Portuguese, fluent English and intermediate Spanish language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within betting, gaming or high-frequency transactional industries.
Familiarity with customer experience (CX) principles and communication consistency.
Exposure to personalization engines or recommendation systems.
