Their mission is to build the future of construction through intelligent automation, launching production-ready AI agents starting with intelligent document processing and Q&A and expanding into core operational workflows.
What you'll be doing
Act as tier 1 product support contact, resolving issues quickly across chat, email, and video, and triaging and escalating technical issues to Engineering and Product.
Run product demos, answer how-to questions, and empower users to self-serve through documentation and training.
Collect user feedback, identify recurring issues, and communicate insights to Product and Engineering.
Build and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and service guides, and help define support workflows and escalation procedures.
Track support metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2-4 years in customer support, technical support, or customer-facing operations in SaaS or construction tech.
Experience using support platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, Jira).
Comfort learning cloud-based tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows, and excitement to use AI to work faster.
