Customer Support Engineer - HubSpot Service Hub

MapHabit develops assistive-technology software helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those living with dementia maintain independence. They're seeking a Customer Support Engineer with strong HubSpot experience to help own, operate, and scale MapHabit's customer support infrastructure, combining technical support, HubSpot systems administration, and support operations.

Customer technical support

  • Provide technical support via HubSpot tickets, email, phone, and video, troubleshooting account configuration, platform functionality, mobile apps, integrations, and API/SSO issues.

  • Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear documentation and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users and caregivers.

HubSpot Service Hub operations

  • Manage support infrastructure within HubSpot Service Hub, building ticket routing automation, workflow automation, and support pipelines.

  • Maintain CRM data integrity and design onboarding and fulfillment workflows.

  • Support reporting and performance dashboards for the support organization.

Required

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Service Hub, including building workflows and automation.

  • 2-4 years in technical support, support engineering, or support operations in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
