MapHabit develops assistive-technology software helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those living with dementia maintain independence. They're seeking a Customer Support Engineer with strong HubSpot experience to help own, operate, and scale MapHabit's customer support infrastructure, combining technical support, HubSpot systems administration, and support operations.
Customer technical support
Provide technical support via HubSpot tickets, email, phone, and video, troubleshooting account configuration, platform functionality, mobile apps, integrations, and API/SSO issues.
Escalate product bugs to engineering with clear documentation and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users and caregivers.
HubSpot Service Hub operations
Manage support infrastructure within HubSpot Service Hub, building ticket routing automation, workflow automation, and support pipelines.
Maintain CRM data integrity and design onboarding and fulfillment workflows.
Support reporting and performance dashboards for the support organization.
Required
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Service Hub, including building workflows and automation.
2-4 years in technical support, support engineering, or support operations in a SaaS environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
