About the Role
The Customer Success Manager (Freelancer) supports advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on customer engagement, client relationship management, onboarding workflows, retention strategies and customer experience intelligence. You will work with AI-generated outputs related to customer communication, account management, onboarding, support workflows and lifecycle management, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world customer success operations.
Responsibilities
Annotate and evaluate AI-generated customer success and support-related outputs.
Assess AI outputs for communication quality, customer engagement effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
Identify onboarding gaps, customer experience issues and retention risks in AI-generated solutions.
Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems for customer success intelligence.
Requirements
Background in Customer Success, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Operations.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, onboarding, support systems and retention.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
